Back to the end of May

CIVL|Flip Koetsier|John Aldridge|Worlds 2006

While it isn't totally settled, the Rigid wing, Women's and Swift Worlds are now scheduled back at their original dates May 18th through 27th. With practice days the 15th and 16th.

In addition, the draft local rules have been extensively changed to comply with the edicts of the CIVL triumvirate of Flip Koetsier, John Aldridge, and Paula Howitt. I don't know where things stand at the moment.
